Order Processing:

• Once your order is placed, please allow us 2 working days to process.
• An estimated delivery time: While your order may reach you sooner, standard delivery time is 7 working days.
• Shipping costs and policy info : 
                    Free delivery above 499 Rs only for online payment.
                    For COD order value above 199 - 2000 Rs, 
                    a) Shipping charges 65 Rs for order value 599 to 2000 Rs will be                                     collected 
                    b) Shipping charges 80 Rs for order value 199 Rs to 599 Rs will be                                     collected

 Return Policy:

               An item may be eligible for return, if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

1. Was physically damaged at the time of delivery
2. Has missing items from the actual order placed
   
3. A different item was sent instead of the items that we ordered

For each of the scenarios, please intimate us within 24 hours from the time of receipt, along with a photograph of the contents of the package to support@caredurastore.com or contact us on +91 86676 53268 with reasons for the return.

All items must be returned in original condition along with the user manual or any other items that might have been in the package delivered to you.

 

Refund Policy:

Once we receive the returned goods, we will evaluate eligibility for refund. If you qualify for a refund, the same will be issued within 10 business days.
